Returns
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If there's a problem with an item we will work with you to find the perfect piece or accept a return consistent with our return policy. For return authorization, please call or email us. A return shipping label can be provided for UPS orders and the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Policies
An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Stock Furniture
Full store credit, less delivery and pickup charges. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and in original condition. Mattresses, foundations, and motion bases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless part of the Simmons 30 Day Comfort Trial.
Stock Rugs & Accessories (includes: lighting, wall decor, accents, pillows, and throws)
Returned in original packaging and in new condition within 14 days of receipt of goods may receive full refund less original and return shipping fees.
Special Order Merchandise
Store credit less 35% of the net sale, less delivery and pickup charges. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and in original condition. Mattresses, foundations, motion bases, table pads, slipcovers, toss pillows, and part orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless part of the Simmons 30 Day Comfort Trial.
Clearance Merchandise
All clearance orders are final, no returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted. Clearance items are sold in 'as is' condition.
Refunds
For any refund, we will credit the same credit card account on which you charged the original transaction. If the card used in the transaction is no longer available, or if your payment was made by cash, check, traveler's check or money order, we will mail you a check from our corporate office within sixteen (16) days. We can only issue checks to the person(s) listed as the sold to party on the original transaction.
