| Finish | Finish on wood is solvent based. Topcoat is a conversion varnish, a catalyzed coating whereby 2 parts are mixed together before spraying. Conversion varnish is lacquer that consists of a high-end solid two-part post-catalyzed application process. At the time of application, a hardening agent must be mixed in with the lacquer to provide additional durability. This is chemical cured and consists of 40-60% solids. Please note all finish options have some distressing and markings, which are natural characteristics of solid wood. | |
