Celebrating the Season of Giving

As a proud local retailer, Boston Interiors believes that giving back and lending support to those in need helps build a stronger, more connected community for all our fellow New Englanders. In order to effectively provide support, we employ a method that requires a combination of volunteer work, donating funds, and raising awareness for those who need it most. In celebration of the holiday season, we’re participating in a multitude of initiatives spanning from volunteer events to partnerships with organizations like Rosie’s Place and Habitat for Humanity to raise funds and give the gift of giving back to our community.

Because Boston Interiors’ devotion to our community has driven us since our founding, service is one of our main tenets as a company. This year, we had the opportunity to volunteer at Rosie’s Place, the first women’s shelter in the United States. Rosie’s Place is a Boston-based organization that provides sanctuary for impoverished and homeless women. Our employees had the opportunity to spend a day not only preparing and serving a meal to the women at Rosie’s Place, but also sharing kindness and support.

In order to provide financial support to Rosie’s Place, we’ve also partnered with Stressless® furniture for our Give and Receive event . This event allows customers to save up to $400 on Stressless® furniture when they donate $50 or more to Rosie’s Place. Presenting an opportunity to both cozy up the home for the holidays with a new Stressless® seat and participate in the season of giving, our Give and Receive event provides additional incentive for our community to come together and support women in need.

Boston Interiors is also a proud supporter of Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that helps local families build and improve their homes. As a home furnishing retailer, we have a deep understanding of the value of a safe and comfortable home. We believe that everyone deserves to have a home they can be proud and delighted to live in. In celebration of our 45th anniversary, each of our stores hosted a giveaway in support of Habitat for Humanity in which customers could enter to win a Dahlia Swivel Chair with a $20 donation.

Each year, our team also provides gifts for families in need during the holidays through the non-profit organization Family-to-Family. Our employees come together to tackle the Christmas lists of local families so that every child can have the opportunity to experience the joy of the holiday season.

Our ultimate goal for each of these initiatives is to increase awareness, inspiring others to follow suit. During the holidays, we hope you take this opportunity to give back to your community or a cause you care about. Happy Holidays!
