Who says Halloween is just for kids? Enjoy some of these "adult-beverage" recipes at your next Halloween gathering!

20 oz pineapple juice
1 can cream of coconut – (15 oz)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup orange juice
10 oz rum (optional)
Whisk together pineapple juice, cream of coconut, heavy cream, orange juice and rum. Place 2 1/2 cups ice in a blender, then and add 1 cup drink mixture. Blend until smooth, and pour into prepared glasses. (If mixture is too thick, add more pineapple juice before serving.) Repeat process with remaining ice and mixture.

SKYY Infusions Pineapple
1.5 oz. Orange Sherbet, softened
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Milk
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Combine SKYY Infusions Pineapple and pineapple juice in cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a clear Collins glass. Combine softened orange sherbet and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain, and pour over bar spoon to layer in the rocks glass. Then, combine simple syrup and milk in cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Layer milk mixture on top of sorbet mixture.

18 oz.
SKYY Infusions Cherry
8 oz. Lime Juice
6 oz. Cranberry Juice
2.5 oz. Grenadine
lemon-lime soda
Fresh cherries, pits removed
Wash and remove pits and stems from fresh cherries, and muddle in cocktail shaker. Combine the rest of the ingredients except 7UP in bowl and stir. Top with lemon-lime soda and muddled cherries.
(Serves 12)
And for a couple more simple ideas, add a few splashes of food coloring to your favorite martinis or dress up your olive skewers by cutting out bats and ghosts from card stock to attach to the top!
