My husband and I were sooooo indesisive when it came to choosing a table and chairs for our dining room. We must have come into the store 10 times. The sales associate was there every step of the way, answering all our questions and helping us narrow down options. She remembered the couch and chair we had bought before, and helped steer us to sizes and styles that would go with it. She was so helpful! We finally chose a table set and it arrived today. It's just wonderful, and I wanted to say thank you to her once again for helping us pick the right thing for our house. Thank you!! You are the best!

Recently we went to your Westboro Boston Interiors store looking for two chairs. We had been looking for a very long time and had been to many other stores looking for these chairs. When we arrived no one immediately charged at us so we were able to get a feel for the store and an understanding of the quality of your merchandise.
 
We were approached by sales associate who asked if she could help. I told her about our dilemma and what our decorating issues were with the particular room. She said she thought she could be of assistance.
 
She was wonderful. She came to our home with fabric samples and from the samples we were able to select a fabric for our matching chairs. While she was in our home I asked if she could help decorate our fire place mantle and the wall over the mantle. She went back to the store and designed a number of options. We then went to the store and saw the work that she designed. We actually chose the first option because of all the objects and how well it brought out the colors of our rug. We liked it so well that we bought all the pieces that she included. Lastly, she followed through with things. When she said she was going to call then she called.

We recently remodeled our entire first floor. We are empty-nesters and we were excited to have a more sophisticated but relaxing style. I had heard wonderful things about Boston Interiors, so I thought that I would give it a try... well, I fell in love with your selection. It was as if you edited out everything that I didn't like in the other furniture stores and only carried the styles that appealed to us! But, more so than that, I was blown away with your At-Home design service! Our [Design Associate] was simply amazing! She drove out to our home when it was down to studs...and very very messy! She listened to my husband and I, as far as what we were looking for. Within a couple of  weeks we went to the store where she literally had each room planned out, furniture, fabrics, rugs, artwork, even paint chips! (I think I bought it all!!) Our home looks stunning! I have told all of my friends about Boston Interiors. Congratulations to all of you. You are doing a fine job and we couldn't be happier with the results!

I want to congratulate you and your whole team in Westboro.  I received excellent service from my sales associate who brought us through the whole process of ordering furniture and saved us money in the meantime. She is definitely on top of her game!

I wanted to write to you to tell you about the experience we had at the Westboro store. I had come in on a Friday evening with my 2 year old daughter with the intentions to look for a new living room set. My sales associate exceeded my expectations. I was very undecided and distracted by my daughter. She helped me entertain my daughter by bringing out some toys and stickers. She listened to me and helped me pick out furniture. My daughter hit her 2 year old limit so we left. But, returned on Saturday morning. She spent 5 hours helping my husband and I pick out new furniture. She juggled other customers while we made decisions. She remained attentive to us and gave us the time we needed to decide. She also helped entertain my daughter as well as other employees. The women in the store were beyond helpful. Everyone knew my two year old by name and had her giggling and playing...I was beyond impressed, and did not expect such treatment. We are beyond happy with our choices. We just purchased a new house and she helped turn it into a new home. I was impressed with the amount of time and effort she put into us to make sure we were happy with our decisions. She moved furniture, picked out patterns, and did everything necessary to ensure we were happy. She was passionate about her work and not it was obvious she was not just looking to make a commission. I do not usually feel that way when I buy furniture. I know I will return to Boston Interiors next time I need something new. I was also impressed with the way we could customize fabrics, wood colors and more. I felt so strongly about my experience that I had to take time out of my day to write this. Please extend my thank you for all of her help!!!

Today was my first day shopping at Boston Interiors.  I needed a TV media console.  I knew what I wanted after doing a lot of research, and I had a moderate budget.

I went to BestBuy and Jordans Furniture first, and did not see anything pleasing.  I did MORE on line research.  I looked at Circle, Rotmans, and Boston Interiors.  I went on manufacturers' sites, overstock.com, etc.

I wanted to check out IKEA and since I was going to Stoughton, I researched nearby furniture stores.  So my plan was to go to IKEA, Jordan's and Boston Interiors in my Stoughton sojourn.  :)

IKEA did not work for me, Jordan's probably has similar pieces to what you have, but nothing was great. 

When I walked into your store, after being in these HUGE stores, I was thinking "is this it" - one floor?  I walked around and found the first console I Ioved.  I had seen it on-line and remembered it was good quality. 

I felt like I was at a neighborhood store. I will shop Boston Interiors again when I need a new piece.  I enjoy your collections and will check you out first next time!

As soon as I walked in I couldn't believe how clean the location was. It had a great atmosphere and was properly staffed. Excellent work, I look forward to my next visit :)

Have to tell you I went in yesterday and had the most fabulous service   I bought a living room set 2 rugs and a kitchen table. The sales person who did my order pulled out paint samples and pulled it all together for me. So impressed with the service I will not shop anywhere else.

Delivery guys were careful, efficient, courteous and really, really good at their job. The couch, chair and ottoman were completely wrapped so that they were well protected. My parents were very impressed with Eric Monteiro and Jack Xavier. Those two men took pride in doing a super job of delivering the furniture - they were awesomely super wonderful guys.

I just received my new dining room table and I couldn't be happier with the entire purchase, from store to delivery! My Design Associate could not have been more helpful and friendly! She answered all of my (many!) questions and was never pushy, which I have found some sales people to be in other furniture stores. The two delivery men were also very friendly and professional. They introduced themselves and made sure to show me how to put the leaf in the table before they left. They were nice enough to call to make sure it was ok that they come earlier than their scheduled time! They also did a great job of wrapping up/covering the table, as it was pouring rain during delivery. I LOVED the selection in the store and I wish I had gone to Boston Interiors when I was looking for my living room and bedroom furniture. I will be recommending Boston Interiors to anyone I know who is looking for furniture! Thanks again from a very happy customer!
