Policies

PRICE GUARANTEE:

Our price guarantee is simple. We guarantee our price to be the lowest for the identical product and service for 30 days from your delivery date. Once verified, we will match any price from a full service, local stocking retailer within our normal delivery area.

We do not match prices for going out of business sales, closeouts, special purchases, clearance, damaged or floor sample merchandise, membership clubs, internet or telephone orders. Price matches made within 30 days of merchandise receipt will be refunded by the method originally paid. No cash refunds. Refund checks will be mailed within 10 days.

STOCK ORDERS:

  • A 50% deposit is required.
  • Delivery or pick-up must be scheduled within 14 days of available date. Availability will not be guaranteed after 14 days; goods may be reserved on the next incoming shipment. 
  • Future delivery (after 14 days) may be arranged. These orders are subject to manufacturer availability and may only be reserved for delivery or pick up within 3 months.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

  • These include items ordered from catalogs or items that vary in fabric, finish, or size from those displayed in our showroom.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
  • Table pads, slipcovers, toss pillows and parts orders must be paid in full at the time of order. Payment is not refundable.
  • Delivery time varies with each manufacturer; and can change due to unforeseen manufacturer’s delays. All lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery or pick up must be scheduled when the order is available in our warehouse. 30 days after available date, orders will be subject to cancellation and fees as posted.
  • If financing a special order through the Boston Interiors credit card, a 30% deposit by other form of payment is required.

CLEARANCE & CLOSEOUT ORDERS:

  • This includes any limited quantity item as designated by a "clearance" or "closeout" tag.
  • A 50% deposit is required. Clearance and closeout orders are final sale, no returns or cancellations.
  • Orders left unscheduled or not picked up within 7 days will be automatically cancelled without refund or credit.
  • Clearance and closeout items do not qualify towards meeting the $2000 minimum purchase required for special financing.

CANCELLATION POLICY PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF GOODS: STOCK MERCHANDISE

  • Within 30 days of purchase date: Full refund.
  • After 30 days from purchase date: Full store credit OR refund less 10% of the net sale.

CANCELLATION POLICY PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF GOODS: SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE

  • Store credit less 30% of the net sale. Table pads, slipcovers, toss pillows, special order mattresses and foundations and parts ordered may not be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY: STOCK MERCHANDISE

Full store credit less delivery and pick up charges. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and in original condition. Bedding may not be returned unless included in our 30 day comfort trial program. Stock accessories (includes: rugs, lamps, table top items and wall art) returned in new condition within 72 hours of the date of purchase may receive full refund.

RETURN POLICY: SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE

Store credit less 30% of the net sale, less delivery and pick up charges. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and in original condition. Table pads, slipcovers, toss pillows, parts ordered and mattress/foundations may not be returned.


WARRANTY

All purchases include the factory warranty or our one-year warranty against defects, whichever is longer. If you have a defect or warranty claim, you must return your purchase to the warehouse for repair or replacement. In-home service is free for one year if you purchased our delivery service.

NO FIT

If the furniture does not fit through normal access, we offer several options:
  • If possible, our delivery service will quote the additional cost to hoist or arrange a “difficult access” delivery.
  • Stock merchandise may be returned for a full refund or credit to reselect.
  • Special orders may be returned for a store credit less 30% of the net sale.

CANCELLATION OF SCHEDULED DELIVERY:

There is no fee for canceling delivery more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. There is a $50 re-stocking fee for canceling delivery within 48 hours of a scheduled delivery date.

WEBSITE AND PRINT ERRORS

Boston Interiors strives to provide accurate and timely information on the website and its print materials. However, in the event merchandise is incorrectly priced or contains incorrect product details or other misinformation, Boston Interiors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment received. If a credit card has been charged for purchases and the order is canceled, Boston Interiors will issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the charge.

30-DAY SIMMONS BEAUTYREST MATTRESS COMFORT TRIAL:

At Boston Interiors we know how important a good night's sleep can be so we guarantee comfort satisfaction with the purchase of your Simmons Beautyrest premium mattress.

Normally it can take up to 30 days to adjust to a new sleep surface so for this reason, Boston Interiors offers you a 30-Day Comfort Trial for our Beautyrest Mattresses. If after 30 days you are not satisfied with the comfort of your new Simmons Beautyrest premium mattress, Boston Interiors will give you up to 30 additional days to exchange it.

The following rules will apply:

  • Our 30-Day Comfort Trial is offered on any size Simmons Beautyrest Classic or Elite mattress.
  • The 30-Day Comfort Trial and exchange is limited to one time per customer per household.
  • Your returning mattress must be in clean like new condition- no rips, tears or stains.
  • Your mattress exchange must be of equal or greater value. If a mattress of greater value is selected, then you will be responsible to pay for the difference. No refunds or credits will be given if a mattress of lesser value is selected for exchange.
  • Your mattress exchange must be for the same size and will not include exchange of the foundation.
  • A return, disposal & delivery fee of $99 will be charged for any mattress exchange.
  • The 30-Day Simmons Beautyrest Mattress Comfort Trial is not applicable to clearance mattresses.
  • This offer may not be combined with other promotional offers, rebates or coupons.

365 DAY SIMMONS COMFORPEDIC CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE:

We understand when you invest in a premium memory foam mattress, you want confidence that you will still love it when you bring it home. Boston Interiors offers you that confidence by giving you 365 days from your original purchase date to decide if your Simmons Comforpedic mattress is right for you.

If after sleeping on your new Simons Comforpedic Mattress for 60 nights, you are not satisfied with the comfort you may return the mattress for exchange of another Simmons Comforpedic or Simmons brand mattress. 

The following rules will apply:

  • Our Comforpedic Confidence Guarantee is offered on any size Simmons Comforpedic mattress only.
  • Exchanges are limited to one time per customer per household.
