    Is there a fee if I need to cancel my delivery?


    There is no fee for canceling delivery more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. There is a $50 re-stocking fee for canceling delivery within 48 hours of a scheduled delivery date.

    Will your delivery drivers take away my old furniture?


    Our delivery drivers will not remove and dispose of your old furniture. However, we will remove your mattress and/or boxspring if we are delivering a new mattress and/or boxspring at the same time.

    Do you deliver to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket?


    We do deliver to the islands during the week, there are no Saturday deliveries. The delivery charge is 8% of your order plus $50 or a minimum charge of $125, whichever is higher. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Please contact one of our store locations for details.

    What are your delivery charges?


    Charges include One Year in Home Warranty Service and Normal Delivery, which includes furniture placement in cleared room and removal of wrapping material. For delivery of orders less than 60 miles of Boston and to Cape Cod, the delivery charge is 5% of your order, with a minimum charge of $99 and a maximum charge of $199. For delivery of orders in Southern New Hampshire up to Nashua and Rhode Island north of Newport, the delivery charge is 5% of your order; with a minimum charge of $99 and a maximum charge of $199. Regular delivery fees apply to stock and special order items only. The delivery charge for clearance and closeout merchandise is 10% with a minimum charge of $129 and no maximum cap.

    Where do you deliver?


    We deliver Nationwide! Our standard delivery area is primarily Central and Eastern Massachusetts, including Cape Cod and the Islands, as well as Southern New Hampshire, Southern Maine and Rhode Island. Outside of our standard delivery area, we also arrange for special deliveries anywhere in the United States. Special deliveries are handled on an individual basis, please contact one of our store locations for information.

    Do you have a catalog?


    Because our offering of products is constantly changing we do not publish a catalog. Not producing a catalog helps us keep our costs down, which in turn allows us to offer the lowest possible price to you.

    Do you have a clearance center?


    Our Mashpee and Stoughton locations have clearance centers. In the clearance centers you will find one-of-a kind items, slightly damaged items, floor models, and discontinued items, all discounted and priced to sell! Layaway is not available on clearance items. All clearance items must be picked up within 48 hours.

    Do you offer financing?


    We offer the Boston Interiors charge card. You can apply in store or online for the card. Items purchased on your Boston Interiors charge card are charged on your account the day you receive delivery of your furniture. 6 month financing with no interest is available with no minimum purchase. 12 month financing with no interest is available with a minimum purchase of $2000. Clearance items do not qualify towards meeting the $2000 minimum purchase. Terms subject to credit approval.

    Does Boston Interiors have gift cards?


    We sell gift cards in any dollar amount. To purchase a gift card please visit one of our store locations or contact us.

    Do you offer a design service?


    Boston Interiors offers design service within our stores to any customer free of charge. All of our design associates are trained to work with you on spatial planning, color matching and accessorizing to help you make the right choices. For those interested, we do offer an At Home Design Service for a fee of $200. For details click here or contact one of our store locations.

    What is the Simmons 30-Day Comfort Trial?


    At Boston Interiors we know how important a good night's sleep can be so we guarantee comfort satisfaction with the purchase of your Simmons Beautyrest premium mattress.


    Normally it can take up to 30 days to adjust to a new sleep surface so for this reason, Boston Interiors offers you a 30-Day Comfort Trial for our Beautyrest Mattresses. If after 30 days you are not satisfied with the comfort of your new Simmons Beautyrest premium mattress, Boston Interiors will give you up to 30 additional days to exchange it.


    Our 30-Day Comfort Trial is offered on any size Simmons Beautyrest Recharge mattress. The 30-Day Comfort Trial and exchange is limited to one time per customer. Your returning mattress must be in clean like new condition- no rips, tears or stains. Your mattress exchange must be of equal or greater value. If a mattress of greater value is selected, the you will be responsible to pay for the difference. No refunds or credits will be given if a mattress of lesser value is selected for exchange. Your mattress exchange must be for the same size and will not include exchange of the foundation. A return & delivery fee of $99 per mattress will be charged for any mattress exchange. The 30-Day Simmons Mattress Comfort Trial is not applicable to special orders or clearance mattresses. This offer may not be combined with other promotional offers, rebates or coupons.

    What happens to my mattress if I decide to return it after the 30-Day Comfort Trial?


    Boston Interiors immediately disposes all used mattresses; returned mattresses are never resold.

    What is your policy on price matching product?


    Our price guarantee is simple. We guarantee our price to be the lowest for the identical product and service for 30 days from your delivery date. Once verified, we will match any price from a full service, local stocking retailer within our normal delivery area. We do not match prices for going out of business sales, close outs, special purchases, clearance, damaged or floor sample merchandise, membership clubs, internet or telephone orders. Price matches made within 30 days of merchandise receipt will be refunded by the method originally paid. No cash refunds. Refund checks will be mailed within 10 days.

    What is the 365 Day Simmons Comforpedic Confidence Guarantee?


    Our Comforpedic Confidence Guarantee is offered on any size Simmons Comforpedic mattress only. Exchanges are limited to one time per customer per household. If a mattress of greater value is selected, then you will be responsible to pay for the difference. No refunds or credits will be given if a mattress of lesser value is selected for exchange. Your mattress exchange must be for the same size and will not include exchange of the foundation. A return, disposal and & delivery fee of $99 per mattress will be charged for any mattress exchange. The Comforpedic Confidence Guarantee is not applicable to clearance mattresses. This offer may not be combined with other promotional offers, rebates or coupons.
