Have to tell you I went in yesterday and had the most fabulous service I bought a living room set 2 rugs and a kitchen table. The sales person who did my order pulled out paint samples and pulled it all together for me. So impressed with the service I will not shop anywhere else.

Delivery guys were careful, efficient, courteous and really, really good at their job. The couch, chair and ottoman were completely wrapped so that they were well protected. My parents were very impressed with Eric Monteiro and Jack Xavier. Those two men took pride in doing a super job of delivering the furniture - they were awesomely super wonderful guys.

We came in last November to look for a new sofa, chair, and leather recliner. We had done our "on line" homework, visited many other retailers, and then came to Boston Interiors. Our Design Associate worked diligently with us for several days looking at styles, fabrics, etc. And we were able to decide on just what we wanted.

We spend our winters in Florida, and we wanted to order the new furniture, pay the 50% deposit, and then not have it delivered until we returned the first week of April. We also were going to need to dispose of the existing furniture when we got back, and didn’t want to be concerned about the furniture coming in and having to wait for our return. Well, because of some great help from your staff our expectations were met 110%.

Our furniture arrived exactly when we had wanted it, delivered by great drivers, and was just what we had ordered. We used our Bonus Buy $$ to select a cocktail table to complete and compliment the ensemble.

A great store, with a great staff. We couldn’t be happier and wanted you to know.

I just received my new dining room table and I couldn't be happier with the entire purchase, from store to delivery! My Design Associate could not have been more helpful and friendly! She answered all of my (many!) questions and was never pushy, which I have found some sales people to be in other furniture stores. The two delivery men were also very friendly and professional. They introduced themselves and made sure to show me how to put the leaf in the table before they left. They were nice enough to call to make sure it was ok that they come earlier than their scheduled time! They also did a great job of wrapping up/covering the table, as it was pouring rain during delivery. I LOVED the selection in the store and I wish I had gone to Boston Interiors when I was looking for my living room and bedroom furniture. I will be recommending Boston Interiors to anyone I know who is looking for furniture! Thanks again from a very happy customer!
