I just wanted to write and say that my experience in making a recent purchase was terrific. All points of customer service from in-store sales to home delivery were top notch. It's rare these days and I applaud the company for it!
Two weeks ago my husband and I came to your store and had a wonderful experience picking out our first furniture we have ever bought together since we married in 1988. Our design associate was really helpful without being intrusive or pushy. Her timing was impeccable and her taste and suggestions were right on target. We had a terrific experience and our living room is gorgeous. We should have done before and AFTER.....pictures. NOW on to the rest of the house. Thanks so much again and we will see you soon.

I recently purchased some kitchen stools for my kitchen island at Boston Interiors. I had visited other furniture stores in the area, and was totally impressed with the BI staff's professionalism and courtesy. They are "head and soulders" above all of the rest. It has been almost a year since I have relocated to the Cape and needed some new furniture pieces. I found out I could have a home visit to assist with choices and went for it. My Design Associate made a home visit where she measured everything and took into account colors and lifestyle - and she sure knows her job!
When I went back to the store, she had created a better floor plan from what I had in mind and guided me with furniture, lamps and especially a rug. The delivery people were also very good. They guided each piece with care as they were brought into the living room.
I will always go back to Boston Interiors should I need furniture or other home accessories.

I would just like to pass along the incredible experience that I recently had at Boston Interiors. My husband and I are currently involved in a much anticipated home renovation and we approached the furniture selection aspect with some trepidation. In the past I have made all of the common buying mistakes. Now, I wanted something that was me, my style, my dream. With pictures in hand, I headed to your store. My Sales Associate was a complete joy to work with. She understood my previous mistakes, and made it her mission to not allow me to make the same mistakes twice. First she met with me to get the layouts and understand my vision. Then we met again for the reveal. I was so impressed with all of her selections, from the furniture to accessories. Her presentation was impeccable. I have never, in my life as a consumer, been treated with such grace and professionalism. She even went the extra mile to find me a rug that I could afford when I went over budget.
I have since sent 2 neighbors to Boston Interiors and their experiences were similar. Thank you very much. I will definitely be back to Boston Interiors again, as will others that I share my experience with.
I am writing to inform you of my excellent customer service experience. A complete bedroom set was purchased by me awhile back for my brother who has special needs and lives in a group home. Through no fault of his own, one dresser drawer was broken and several knobs were missing. Off I went to Boston Interiors, broken drawer in hand, to see if it could be fixed. Since this was not a manufacturer’s defect, I was willing to pay for the repair service and in addition I wanted to order 2 knobs so the set would look as it should.
When I walked into the store, my sales associate immediately recognized me and remembered my original order. She was courteous and concerned. About a week later, I received a call that the drawer had been fixed and replacement knobs ordered with no charge. I want to express my gratitude and gratefulness for your employees. All of you have the competition beat with exceptional customer service, expertise and professionalism. You can be sure I will be back for all my future furniture needs!

Let me say that I LOVE YOUR STORES! My boyfriend and I went everywhere looking for a bed (headboard, footboard, rails, etc.) and it seemed that everywhere we went we encountered a different problem whether it be delayed delivery, not being able to agree on a style, pushy sales people or (in most cases!) poor quality for a high price. When we went into Boston Interiors we experienced excellent service and we found a place where every single item in the store was our style. I felt like I was in heaven! And the best part was the great quality for a fantastic price...we just love it!
I love boston interiors. My entire house is furnished with your furniture. Most of all I love the customer service that I have received in several of your stores. Every time I have shopped, the sales staff is polite, not pushy. Fun and engaging, not dry and dull. They have helped me pull items together to fit my needs. They listen and create. One sofa that I did purchase I was a bit unhappy with the wear of it, they came to my house and replaced the cushions that were driving me crazy. My customer service rep could not be more helpful and patient trying to schedule a delivery time with my busy schedule. So many times, you do not hear the good, and this is one happy customer who looks forward to more great choices, great prices, and great ideas from your talented team and fabulous merchandise.

My husband and I stopped at the store on our way into Boston, simply to order a foyer console, and ended up at your store for 2 hour ordering 4 pieces for our living room and 2 for our kitchen in addition.

I could not let a recent experience we had with Boston Interiors go without writing to you about it. I am sure you receive a number of complaints but I can assure you this is not one. The professionalism, courtesy and friendliness exhibited by the sales associate and store manager who worked with me and my wife is to be highly commended. I wanted to recognize the great service I received from your delivery team. Faced with an oversized desk and narrow doorways, the two deliverymen took it upon themselves to be creative, spent the time to remove the top of the desk and fit into my home office -what otherwise would have been an impossible desk delivery. They did this with a great attitude and not even a ding or scrape on furniture or walls. I appreciate that they went above and beyond. I will take this into consideration when making future purchases.

I have had three separate deliveries over the past 8 weeks or so and I just have to tell you I have never encountered anyone nicer, more polite or professional. In a reverse world of the customer is always wrong it is refreshing to meet such pleasant human beings. I believe that each delivery there were different men.
